Capital Ringers Ensemble thanks the more than 1,000 individuals who attended our concerts this holiday season at six venues. Your enthusiasm and joy was felt by all the ringers.
Our tour this season saw us play in two new venues Seaford Historical Society’s Ross Station Event Center and Asbury United Methodist Church in Salisbury. Additionally we returned to Avenue UMC in Milford, DE for the first time in years.
Our 2023 tour saw a significant increase in the number of children attending our concerts. Our hope is we’ve sparked their interest in pursuing a musical instrument, even if it’s not handbells. We are extremely grateful to the parents, grandparents, friends who are exposing them to music.
Our “Twelve Days of Christmas” tour featured 17 ringers, one of the largest groups of ringers we’ve ever featured. Ken Schleifer added his expert percussionist skills as he has for more than 15 years.
We wish everyone Happy Holidays and we will see you in April and May 2024 for “Springtime in Paris.”
Capital Ringers Inc. is looking forward to spring 2024 which will bring us more new ringers and a new rehearsal home.

- Sunday, May 5, 2024 – St Mark’s UMC, Easton, Maryland
