Even though our handbells are silent, Capital Ringers Inc. members are thinking about the future and working behind the scenes to improve and sustain the organization. Capital Ringers founder and artistic director Linda Simms talks about the challenges the group is confronting. Also, we will regularly be offering a highlight from our former shows – such as this one from the 2018 spring show, “It’s a Zoo Out There.”
